Integrations

Keep the tools you need.

Freemi runs alongside the systems your business already uses. Nothing to rip out, and nothing to rebuild from scratch.

What Freemi talks to.

This is the list as it stands, not a roadmap. If something is not here, it is not built yet.

W
WhatsApp

Patients send repeat requests and enquiries straight into the Freemi queue, on the number they already message you on.

G
Gmail

Patient email lands in the same history as every other channel, attached to the person rather than sitting in an inbox.

O
Outlook

The same, for teams running Microsoft. Mail joins the patient record instead of living separately.

I
Instagram

Publishing only. Freemi can post to your Instagram as part of a campaign. It cannot read Instagram DMs, so a patient messaging you there will not reach the queue.

T
Twilio

SMS reminders, booking confirmations and the update that tells a patient their script is ready.

S
Stripe

Payments, invoices and refunds, with the money side connected to the patient journey.

Stays where it is

The systems Freemi does not touch.

Your dispensing system

Freemi does not replace your PMR and does not need to. It runs the patient messages, the request queue, services, staff and the registers around it.

Your practice management system

If you already run one, Freemi works around it rather than asking you to migrate everything on day one.

Your accounts package

Freemi is not bookkeeping software. It records what was billed and what was paid, and leaves the accounts to your accountant.

Honestly

What we will not promise up front.

Which connections are possible depends on what you already run, what it exposes and who supports it. We confirm that during onboarding rather than putting a logo on a page and working it out later.

If a connection you need is missing, tell us on the call. We will say whether it is possible, roughly what it would take, and whether we intend to build it. If the answer is no, you will hear that on the call rather than in month two.

Tell us what you already run.

Bring the list of systems your business depends on and we will tell you straight which ones Freemi can work with today.

How it works

What connecting actually involves.

There is no integration marketplace to click through. Connections are set up with you during onboarding, and then they stay out of the way.

1
You tell us what you run

Your dispensing or practice system, how patients contact you today, what you take payment with. Ten minutes on the call.

2
We confirm what is possible

Some of it will be a straight connection, some will need a workaround, and some will not be possible at all. You get all three answers, not just the first.

3
We set it up

Configuration is our job, not a task list we hand you. Your WhatsApp number, your mailbox, your payment account.

4
You approve what flows

Before anything reaches a patient, your team sees exactly what will move between systems and signs it off.

The honest part

What we will not do.

Put a logo on a page we cannot back

Every connection named on this page is one we have actually built. There is no roadmap section here dressed up as a feature list.

Promise your PMR before we have seen it

What is possible depends on what your dispensing system exposes and who supports it. We confirm during onboarding rather than promising on a website.

Make you rip anything out

Freemi runs the work around your existing systems. If the answer to a connection is no, you keep doing that bit the way you do it now.

Day to day

What each connection actually does.

Not what it could theoretically do. What it does on a Tuesday.

WhatsApp

A patient messages the number they already use for you. The request is identified, connected to their record, and lands in the queue with the information already collected. Your team never copies anything from a phone.

Gmail and Outlook

Patient email stops living in one person’s inbox. It joins the same history as every other channel, so whoever picks it up can see what was already said.

Twilio

The reminder before the appointment, the confirmation after it, and the message telling a patient their script is ready. Sent without anyone remembering to send them.

Stripe

Payments, invoices and refunds tied to the patient rather than sitting in a separate till report. Refunds are booked properly rather than netted off.

Common questions

Before you ask on the call.

Do we need a new phone number?

No. Freemi works with the WhatsApp number your patients already message.

What if we use something not listed?

Tell us on the call. You will get a straight answer about whether it is possible, roughly what it would take, and whether we intend to build it.

Does anything get written back into our dispensing system?

We are deliberately careful here. What is possible depends entirely on your system and who supports it, and we confirm it during onboarding rather than promising it up front.

Can we turn a connection off?

Yes, and doing so does not break the rest. Each channel is configured separately and reversibly.
