A cancelled slot, refilled from your waitlist.

A patient asks to see their practitioner. Freemi offers real slots, books it, records the consent and sets the reminder. Reception never picks up.

Made for practices

Built around how a practice actually runs.

Not a generic booking tool. Freemi is tuned to the diary, the record and the consent.

Online booking

Patients book into the right practitioner at nine on a Sunday, and a consent record is written at the same time.

Reminders & recalls

A waitlist you can prioritise and re-order, and recalls that run pending, contacted, then booked or dismissed with a reason.

Consents

Eight consent types, each given, refused or withdrawn, on a log nobody can rewrite.

Compliance & audit

Every action logged and reviewable, SOPs followed, and a clean audit trail whenever you need it.

Payments & invoices

Tax per line, discounts applied on the server, duplicate payments suppressed and refunds booked as explicit negative allocations.

Reviews & reputation

Happy patients nudged for Google reviews at the right moment, quiet feedback gathered along the way.

Practice FAQ

The questions practice owners ask.

Can I edit a note after I have signed it?+
No. Freemi runs alongside your dispensing system, not instead of it. It handles the patient messages, the request queue, services, staff and the registers around it. Which connections are possible depends on the systems your pharmacy uses, and we confirm that during onboarding.
Is patient data handled safely?+
Data is encrypted in transit and at rest, access is controlled per person and per module, and every action is written to an audit log with a name and a timestamp. It is never used to train models for anyone else.
Can reception see clinical notes?+
Only if you give them that permission. Roles are enforced on the server, not by hiding a button, so a receptionist who tries is refused with the name of the missing permission, and the attempt is logged.
What happens when a practitioner leaves?+
Their session is revoked and sign-in disabled the same minute. Their signed notes stay exactly where they are, because you cannot erase a signed note without breaking the record.
How much does it cost?+
A monthly plan based on practitioners and what you want Freemi to run. Book a chat and we will price it against your practice.
